IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DOMAIN REGISTRATION
E Connection Pty Ltd Domain Name Specific and Eligibility Requirements


These requirements apply to domain services provided by E Connection Pty Ltd A.B.N. 94 091 267 364 under the domain name of either "e-connection.com.au" or "econnection.com.au". These requirements may also apply to services offered by E Connection on web sites hosted by third parties. If so, express reference to this notice will be made on those web sites.


E Connection Pty Ltd acts as a reseller of domain name registries to provide our customers with the ability to obtain and manage domain names. E Connection Pty Ltd may suspend services provided to you or cancel your account if determined that you have violated E Connection Pty Ltd policies. E Connection Pty Ltd is required to enforce the Acceptable Use Policies of our upstream network providers.


GENERAL TERMS

These requirements form part of the overall Terms and Conditions which you are bound by when using any of our services. All of these terms, conditions and policies are available from http://e-connection.com.au/legalnotices.php


DOMAIN NAMES

We are an official reseller of many different domain name registrars. Each domain name extension has specific and eligibility requirements. If you would like to register or transfer a domain with us and the particular extension isn't listed below, please contact us for those terms.


You represent that, to the best of the your knowledge and belief, neither the registration of the Domain name nor the manner in which it is directly or indirectly used infringes the legal rights of a third party and that the Domain Name is not being registered for any unlawful purpose including but not limited to the infringement of any intellectual property right, the unauthorized transfer to yourself or any other party of any domain name or Services, or the violation of any laws, rules, or regulations.


You are responsible for regularly monitoring email sent to the email address in your Account. You may lose your rights to the domain name(s) or your right to receive the Services if you do not respond appropriately and timely to an email sent in conjunction therewith.


.au Domain Registrant Agreement

If your application for a domain name is accepted and approved, you will be granted a two year Domain Name Licence for that domain name.


You are required to make several statements to us in relation to your domain name application - please read them carefully to ensure that those statements are correct


You are entitled to transfer your domain name registration to another registrar, and we will facilitate such transfer for you according to our obligations under auDA's Published Policies (see www.auda.org.au)


You are bound by the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) in relation to your registered domain name, as well as such other dispute resolution policy which may be adopted by auDA from time to time.


You accept that our liability and auDA's liability to you under these terms and conditions are limited.

If your application for a domain name is accepted and approved, you will be granted a Domain Name Licence for that domain name for the period specified


You are required to make several statements to us in relation to your domain name application - please read them carefully to ensure that those statements are correct


You are entitled to transfer your domain name registration to another registrar.


You are bound by all ICANN policies in relation to your registered domain names.


You agree to ICANN's "Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities" (see https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/benefits-2013-09-16-en)


You accept that our liability to you under these terms and conditions are limited.


You agree that your registration of the Domain name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, or transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, or pursuant to any registrar or registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy,
   (1) to correct mistakes by Registrar or the Registry in registering the name or
   (2) for the resolution of disputes concerning the Domain name.
